Valleybrook Country Club gave us the wedding of our dreams!! We booked Valleybrook almost two years before our wedding. We had toured about 10 other venues and none of them seemed to quite fit our style and budget. As soon as we walked into Valleybrook, we knew it was a strong contender based on looks and feel alone. Then we met Tracey and started to discuss our budget and vision for our wedding day. The price was just right for us and Tracey made us feel right at home. Tracey was always very attentive to my emails and questions throughout the entire planning process. The week leading up to our wedding, we talked quite a bit and she was very helpful with so many things. Our wedding day came and went off without a single hiccup thanks for Tracey and her team. Our Wedding Concierge, Nicole, was amazing as well. She kept us hydrated all night and truly spoiled us. I am so thankful we went with Valleybrook for our wedding and would recommend to any couple looking for a budget friendly wedding that doesn't look or feel like a budget wedding. Thank you Valleybrook for absolutely everything!!-

From day one! Tracey was so helpful! Any questions I had she answered so quickly and was full of information. She is truly amazing at her job and always has a happy smiling face. I explained that if it was raining that I wanted my wedding in the pavilion, and they had no issues making that happen! The ball room came out better than I had imagined and they got every little detail perfect! The night ran so smoothly with no issues! 10/10 I cannot say one bad thing about the venue. Everyone said food was so good! And they had a great time! -

Right out of Highschool, Tracey worked for Shearson Lehman Hutton then took a higher position at Merrill Lynch. She worked in sales in the Financial World for 20 years!
In 2006, Tracey started at VCC as a Bartender, she was looking to meet some new people after moving to the Valleybrook Development from Pennsylvania!
She has been working at Valleybrook ever since and been their Director of weddings and events for over 15 years!
Her favorite part of each wedding is getting to know the couples on a personal level and helping them plan the wedding of their dreams! She loves to see the look on their faces when they see their dreams coming to life!
Tracey loves to joke around, have fun and make others happy. When she’s not at Valleybrook, she’s spending time with her son, her family or at the beach!
Meet Valleybrook Country Club’s Private Events Coordinator, Jocelyn!
Straight out of high school, Jocelyn started working in the food and beverage business from restaurants in the casinos, to clubs in the city.
While she has always loved providing experiences, it wasn’t until she started as a Wedding Concierge at Valleybrook that her passion truly took off.
Her favorite part of each wedding is when the Bride & Groom take a first look at the hall before guests enter. Jocelyn says that most of the brides get teary-eyed right as she watches their dreams come true.
A fun fact about Jocelyn is that she is a bit of a travel bug. She’s visited over 20 states and plans to visit all 50 someday. When she’s not at Valleybrook, she’s spending time with her friends and family or planning her next trip!

I love working at Valleybrook country club. The venue is one that leads to a nice warm atmosphere and every time I work there the guest seem to have the tme of their life. The staff are very good and make sure all the needs of the guest are taken care of quickly and professionally. They keep the event moving on time and ensure things happen when they are suppose to happen. They have a great management team and amazing bartenders that keep the lines short and everyone happy. Love the fire pit and the outside ceremony area also.
Valleybrook Country Club is a sister property of Downingtown Country Club and is located in Blackwood, NJ. Their ballroom can hold up to 220 guests and the enclosed patio overlooking their picturesque golf course, is the perfect space for your cocktail hour! The ballroom décor is gorgeous and the patio has 2 fireplaces that make for some incredible pictures. To make things even easier, you get to work with Tracey Mullin, their award winning Private Events Director. Tracey is absolutely incredible at what she does and will guide you every step of the way.
