Whistler’s Knoll is a vineyard & barn wedding venue in Hortonville, Wisconsin. They are located only 15 minutes from the Appleton International Airport with access to numerous hotels and lodging options.
Facilities and Capacity
The barn on their property is a late 1800s dairy barn that owners, Holly & Tom (aka Whistler) restored for a unique venue. Their barn has passed inspection by the Industry Services Division of the State of Wisconsin - Department of Safety and Professional Services. The loft in the barn is where hay for cattle was originally stored. It features rustic beams and the original ladders. The Grapevine Pavilion has space for 200 guests and the barn can accommodate 50 guests (additional event space is available by adding a wedding tent.) The property has stunning views of the vineyard, landscaped gardens, lush greenery, large open spaces for natural light, and beautiful sunsets. All restrooms on the property are ADA compliant. Whistler's Knoll holds a Class B liquor licence so can provide you with full bar service (including licensed bartenders.) The Grapevine Pavilion is open for weddings from May though mid-October. An air conditioned get ready suite with restroom is available for wedding preparations. (The barn is open year round.)

Whistler’s Knoll Vineyard can host your engagement party, pre-wedding shower, elopement, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, dinner and dance. Their services include event rentals, event planning, bridal suite, set up and clean up. Their event items include tables, chairs, patio furniture, yard games, AV equipment, dance floor, free parking, and more. Their experienced and friendly event staff work with you to design and execute your spectacular wedding. They deliver flawless wedding events with every detail in place that flow effortlessly from one event to the next. Their barn, vineyard, gardens and collective property offer countless backdrops and sites for wedding photos. If you rent their venue for your wedding you can use the property for your engagement photo shoot.

Whistlers Knoll was a pleasure to work with and a beautiful venue for our wedding! Naturally with an outdoor venue weather can be a worry, however- we had a downpour on the day of our wedding and it made our day even more beautiful (the photos have turnedout lovely)! The staff was so flexible and accommodating (clearly preparedfor rainy days!). Our guests loved the intimate feeling of the string light lit pavilion ceremony and reception! The drop down walls on the pavilion allowed is to maintain an excellent view of the Vineyard while keeping our guests comfortable! The barn was perfect for our our h'ourderves and gift table and also gave our guests multiple areas to float between. Everything was clean, efficient, and very professional. Tom and Holly are such a sweet and kind couple- we look forward for many more opportunities to visit Whistlers Knoll and remember our wedding day! -

Amazing staff and adorable place!
Working with Holly and the team was wonderful. They made it a breeze from the beginning to the end. Helping with every detail I would have never thought of. It was simply amazing service and such wonderful people. The barn is the cutest and was perfect for our 15 year anniversary for about 50 people. All of our guests absolutely fell in love with place. Looking forward to maybe going back at our 20 years!!Whistler's Knoll Vineyard's reply:
