Facilities and Capacity
Hotel El Convento offers a number of different spaces for you to make your wedding day what you’ve always imagined: Salon Campeche has a maximum capacity of 200 guests for a sit-down dinner, and it includes marble black and white floors, a majestic 50-foot vaulted ceiling, a colorful mural, and antique stained glass windows; Salon Martorell, designed by Puerto Rican artist Antonio Martorell, is a gem of creativity that honors those of faith and literature in gorgeous emblems, and it offers a maximum capacity of 40 guests for a sit-down dinner; finally, The Interior Courtyard is the perfect location for ceremonies and cocktails, surrounded by tropical foliage and a 100-year old Nispero tree.

Hotel El Convento provides services for wedding ceremonies, receptions, bridal showers, and engagement parties. The venue also offers a number of rental items in the starting site fee, including tables, chairs, linens, glassware, and flatware. The staff will also provide setup and cleanup of these rental items. Hotel El Convento also provides event planning services as well as luxurious guest accommodations.

Hotel El Convento far and beyond exceeded our expectations from site visit through wedding day. Nelia was our contact person there, and she was so helpful, responsive, and kind throughout the entire planning process. Come day of, the venue was gorgeous, spotless, and everything we wanted it to be. The food was incredible (try the pork) and the drinks were delicious. Nelia and her team made sure the meal and bar ran so smoothly!!! They even made sure to have a small platter of cocktail hour hors d'oevres set for my husband and I at our seats for dinner. I can't say enough good things about this place. Thank you Nelia for your time, care, and expertise. We couldn't have pulled it off without you-

A dream wedding venue.
Hotel El Convento was and is one of my favorite places in Puerto Rico. The service and staff were amazing and always kind through the planning process. The service during the day of the wedding was amazing and guests felt taken care of. My favorite part of this venue is of course, the venue. The feel, the high ceilings, the floors, the arches throughout the venue make it feel so unique and I will definitely be returning!Hotel El Convento's reply:
