Highly Recommend The Timberlodge!
I don’t even have words to describe how WONDERFUL Krystle and Maggie were at The Timberlodge! They made the booking process so smooth and are such genuine individuals! Matt and I absolutely fell in love with The Timberlodge as soon as we walked into the building! The venue is absolutely immaculate and so homey and intimate inside! When this venue was suggested to me to view and after seeing the photos I knew it was something to go see in person. Contacting this venue is simple and the reply back is quick. My fiancé and I booked a tour and the location was even more beautiful in person compared to the photos. Our tour was very informative and all our questions were answered before we left. After speaking with Krystle my fiancé and I knew that the timberlodge was the location we wanted out weeding. With being from out of state Krystle helped communicate via email to conduct the booking process so we could have our wedding at this location.The Timberlodge at Arrowhead's reply:

Timberlodge has a gorgeous facility. They do a beautiful job decorating and coordinating weddings. They are easy to work with and attentive to brides needs. We are always happy to work there, and there is a lot of great places to take pictures without even leaving the grounds.
We recently did a wedding set-up at Timberlodge at Arrowhead Golf Club and found the new facility to be immaculate and well appointed in a modern rustic theme. The gardens are impeccable and full of flowers, plus a beautiful gazebo that is lit with fun incandescent clear-bulb light strings right off the patio area. The landscaping is done well and there is a wonderful lake that you can stroll around, or just enjoy the view from the patio. The staff was incredibly helpful to work with and offered us assistance with an archway set-up. We highly recommend this venue for weddings, vow renewals and other types of events!
Arrowhead is one of the most unique and beautiful venues in the WNY region, not only that but they also have the most professional and attentive staff you can find anywhere! This is a venue that does it right, incorporating indoor and outdoor elements into your wedding seamlessly to ensure your guests are at home whether their inside having a drink or outside tearing up the dance floor. Their interior is absolutely beautiful with all the natural hardwood and beams, you wont find a better mix of rustic and contemporary anywhere. Definitely a place we LOVE to entertain and we look forward to every event we do at the Timberlodge!
