The Vineyards at Aquebogue is a banquet hall and winery wedding venue located in Aquebogue, New York. Situated on the North Fork of Long Island, this elegant space offers verdant surroundings and carefully designed interiors. You can have a venue in the midst of a luscious wine country that will exude sophisticated charm for your special celebration.
Facilities and Capacity
This eight-acre property is imbued with living beauty, featuring a nature trail, a pond, waterfall, and gardens. Gazebos and a private vineyard complement these features, offering gorgeous backdrops for ceremonies, receptions, and wedding photography. You can exchange your vows beneath the garden arbor amid the sounds of falling water, then celebrate into the night on the outdoor terrace. For an indoor wedding, the stylish and contemporary ballroom can host up to 250 guests for dinner and dancing, with up to 300 for a sit-down dinner. Your wedding party will be fully accommodated to prepare and relax with private bridal suites across a full floor, in addition to a groom’s parlor.
Services Offered
Wedding ceremonies and receptions held at The Vineyards at Aquebogue are attended to by an on-site wedding team. These professionals include a personal maître d’ and bridal assistant for day-of coordination. All couples will have access to the venue’s wedding website and dashboard, providing access to select menus, preview setup and layout, and more. Couples will get the use of the venue’s premium tableware, linens, chairs, and tables. All-inclusive package deals cover a five-hour wedding feast with a cocktail hour, three-course dinner, and an open bar. These packages also include DJ services, photography, a customized three-tier wedding cake, and floral arrangements.
Cuisine
Cocktail hour offers trays of tempting cheeses, charcuterie, and gourmet salads at the reception table, while stands provide pasta, carved meats, and specialty artisan foodstuffs. Butler-passed hot and cold hor d’oeuvres are readily available before the seated banquet dinner. Plated dishes with poultry, beef, seafood, and vegetarian options will be provided as your main course, while desserts can be offered in stations or passed. The open bar will provide you and your guests with a premium beverage selection, including locally-produced wines, imported beer, top-shelf liquor, and a signature drink.

Vineyards at Aquebogue
I had the pleasure of planning a wedding during a pandemic and Vineyards made it easier than I could’ve predicted! They were in constant contact with us through every delay and policy. Our guests are still talking about the absolutely stunning grounds as well as the delicious food. I truly hope to be a guest here one day soon!-

Christina R. Married on 11/21/2020The Best Wedding Vendor You Will Choose
Having our wedding at The Vineyards at Aquebogue was beyond a dream come true. Kate and Russ create pure magic for you - not just on the day of your wedding, but during the entire process. They made it so easy for us when we had to move our wedding, due to the pandemic. They would get on the phone with us, send us photos, and set up in-person meetings whenever I had crazy amounts of questions. We always got an honest opinion on what to splurge on, and what wasn’t really ‘our style’ from Kate – she never steered us wrong. The day of our wedding Kate told my wedding coordinator that there were flowers leftover from the previous night’s wedding, with our exact same color palate, and asked if we wanted to use them as well. That was so thoughtful, and the extra unwanted flowers got to be admired again.
We had our wedding outside, in November, and the landscape was stunning. Getting married under an arbor with a view of the waterfall, gazebo, and vineyards was spectacular. The food was unbeatable – during cocktail hour we had pasta cooked in wheels of cheese, oysters shucked to order, baby lambchops… and our guest were so stuffed but they still managed to eat their dinners – the Chateau-Briand steak (with the peppercorn gravy, as per Kate’s suggestion) and lasagna (yes, the vegetarian option), were the absolute standouts. The reception area is gorgeous, the highlight being these beautiful Edison lights over the dance floor (definitely upgrade for those), and the grand double staircase. Once the cocktail room was cleaned, they opened it up too, so you had so much space and so many options to hang out – if you wanted intimate conversation or being on the dancefloor all night, you had options. We also used the recommended band Crossing Midnight (with 9 pieces, including saxophone and bongos) and I’m still having people tell me it was the best music at a wedding that they’ve ever been to. The Maître D’, Michelle, was on top of everything, the bartenders were quick and we never had a line, and the staff was professional and courteous.
The Vineyards at Aquebogue is different because they’re not ‘just a catering hall’. There’s only one wedding at a time, it’s so uniquely rustic and elegant, and you’re not treated like just ‘another bride’. You are important, you become family, and you will be taken care of.

Beautiful venue!
The Vineyards was the perfect venue for our wedding. Kate was so helpful along the way. The food was amazing! The staff working were so efficient and ready to meet any of our needs. Our happiness was definitely their main concern. The bridal attendant couldn't have been sweeter or more attentive. -
