Facilities and Capacity
Ramblewood Country Club features several indoor and outdoor wedding venue options, including a newly renovated ballroom, two outdoor ceremony spaces, and a cocktail hour patio. Your ceremony can be held under the pergola in the Ramblewood Gardens or at The Oaks, a rustic ceremony site hidden in the trees of the golf course. Their scenic outdoor patio is the perfect location for your cocktail hour, before bringing guests into the ballroom for the full reception. The contemporary ballroom space can accommodate up to 200 guests with a dance floor. It gives you an air of luxury with crystal chandeliers and floor-length windows overlooking the golf course. This venue also offers a luxury get-ready room, equipped with plenty of mirrors and a vanity for your pre-wedding prep.
Services Offered
At Ramblewood Country Club, the staff accounts for every detail of your wedding, as if it were their own. They offer personalized wedding packages to suit your individual wedding day vision and needs. A standard wedding package includes five hours at the venue, with an additional 30 minutes added if you have the ceremony on-site. They include a custom-tiered wedding cake and access to the country club’s Chocolate Indulgence Room. A wedding specialist will work with you to finalize the details of your decor, ceremony, and cake prior to your wedding. This is to ensure that the staff will have all the final touches ready. Before you book, they invite you to a champagne tour of the venue to feel confident in your choice.

The moment we walked into RCC, we knew it was where we could see ourselves getting married, there were some carpeting in the ballroom that I wasn't thrilled with, but was able to get passed it as everything else was perfection. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that they had plans to remove the carpet and replace with light hardwood floors. MY DREAMS WERE COMING TRUE. Not only was the venue the perfect backdrop to our magical day, but the staff was truly a blessing to work with. Gabrielle answered countless emails, eased any uncertainty I had throughout the entire process. Day of coordinator Katie made sure that my husband and I always had a drink in hand and that we made sure to eat! From the day we booked Megan and Gabrielle did a great job. They were prompt to respond, professional, and guided us through efficiently.
The staff was great including the bartenders, servers and Katie. She stayed with the bride all night, helping her with absolutely everything. We couldn’t have done it without her
The grounds were beautiful, the food was good, and the experience was excellent! The chocolate room stole the show. Fantastic!

Everyone at Ramblewood is amazing! Megan and Gabrielle are awesome. They both were so nice, and any question I had, they would always get right back to me. On the wedding day, Megan was super sweet and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed.
Katie the maitre de deserves her own acknowledgement. I am so incredibly thankful for her! She is PHENOMINAL! Katie is the sweetest person I've ever met. She made everything about my wedding day fantastic! She made me feel so special, and was there for my husband and I the moment we were done getting ready. She made sure we had everything from food, to drinks, to even helping me get down the aisle because my nerves were getting the best of me. (I hate being the center of attention especially infront of 100+ people) She gave me the best pep talk before my dad and I had to walk. After my husband and I said our I do's, she was right back by our side making sure we were ok. She even took photos for me so that I would have some before the photographer sent over his edits. Katie, THANK YOU! Thank you for being one of the best parts of my wedding and making my wedding day the best it could be! You truly are an asset to Ramblewood and we were all blown away with how amazing you are! -
