Located in Keswick, Virginia, Keswick Vineyards is a family-owned wedding venue dedicated to providing engaged couples with a picture-perfect setting for their special occasion. Initially established in 2000 by owners Al and Cindy Schornberg, the estate boasts breathtaking views and luxury amenities managed by a team of passionate event specialists. The estate rests in the heart of Virginia wine country, just east of Charlottesville, nestled between farmlands and the Blue Ridge Mountains. Every detail, from the sprawling grounds and majestic gardens to the stunning architecture produces a magical effect that lives on in the happy newlyweds' memories.
Facilities and Capacity
Keswick Vineyards can accommodate weddings of up to 200 guests in its wide selection of ceremony and reception event spaces. Couples can say their vows amongst the vineyard crops with panoramic views in the background, adding a flair of drama to the momentous day. A sparkling outdoor water fountain is another beautiful area for ceremonies and offers an atmosphere of grandeur and fairytale romance. For the reception, a lavish Aurora tent provides a sheltered outdoor experience, complete with ambient lighting and custom floor plans. Newlyweds are sure to love the wonderful collection of vistas and backdrops sprawled throughout the vineyard, providing them with ample photo opportunities. From the glowing pool to the mature trees, every corner of the estate is beautifully displayed.
Services Offered
All-inclusive venue rental packages are available at Keswick Vineyards, complete with access to the grounds, chairs, tables, lighting, and other event rentals. Five indoor restrooms and fully-equipped dressing suites are located on-site for the ease and convenience of the wedding party and guests. Additional event rentals include a dance floor, heaters, fans, and an Aurora tent. The venue also welcomes pets, ensuring that every important guest can attend.

Today is our one month of being married and my husband and I truly don't have the words to summarize Keswick Vineyards. We did what most couples do once they get engaged, which is to go venue shopping and nothing really popped out at us. In fact, we were about to call it quits and just get married in our backyard. Until we pulled up to Keswick Vineyards. The second we got out of our car we knew this was the one. Then we went inside and met Cindy and all the stars aligned. I can't say enough great things about how amazing she was with every single aspect of the wedding planning. She was thorough, kind, and made our vision come to life. Her team was nothing short of incredible. She encouraged us to bury the bourbon and thank goodness we did! It was supposed to rain (and yes, I called her almost in tears fearful that would happen) but she told me to believe in the bourbon and that everything would work out. Our wedding day was PERFECT and not one drop of rain, our fairytale dream came true. We wanted an outdoor wedding with a beautiful white tent and Keswick Vineyards exceeded our expectation. We were able to have our horse and carriage and our ceremony in front of their gorgeous home. From the breathtaking landscaping to the flawless getting ready rooms everything was spectacular. Don't get me started on the wine, which was to die for!!! We had Cindy, the owner, as our day-of coordinator (best decision we made) and her son was our videographer (another amazing decision) they are just the greatest people. We left feeling like we were family and I did tear up leaving the venue the day after the wedding because I was going to miss Cindy so much! I wish we could relive this day!-

Keswick was the first venue we checked out. Once we went to Keswick, all other venues really paled in comparison. The view, the scenary, the carriage house everything, blew us away. Most importantly, we were able to have our dogs with us on our special day.
Both Cindy and Lindsay were always so quick to respond to my onslaught of emails when the day was approaching. We knew we were in great hands. If there were any confusions, they were quick to clarify, and will do their best to work with you. Everyone at the wedding could not stop talking about how enchanting and mesmerizing the venue was! Everything was well taken care of, right from the start to the end. I can't thank them enough for our perfect fall wedding :)Keswick Vineyards's reply:

Keswick Vineyards was the absolute perfect venue for our wedding in September! From the moment we toured the venue we knew that was where we wanted to get married. The views are stunning, from the vineyards to the house, with the mountains in the background and fountain as the perfect ceremony backdrop. Not to mention the amazing Keswick Vineyards team that ensured our day was as perfect as we planned! Cindy, Lindsay and Doug (and the whole team!) were so kind and helpful from the moment we decided on Keswick Vineyards, throughout the planning process and until the final moment of our wedding day. We did bury the bourbon to help bring good weather - what a fun tradition! Our friends and family have all complemented how wonderful the venue was saying it was the most beautiful venue they have seen. We can't wait to visit again. The Perfect Venue for weddings! A huge property with views to spare. The staff and owners are fantastic. I have never DJed a less than gorgeous wedding at Keswick! Worth every penny!
