Based in the greater Philadelphia area, Meredith Manor is a rustic and elegant wedding venue in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. With multiple picture locations sprawled throughout the property, the manor estate exudes charm and romance ideal for special occasions. A vintage stone barn is available for our bridal parties prior to and after their ceremony while the large Country Barn can accommodate up to 300 of a couple's nearest and dearest. Guests are sure to enjoy exploring this 10-acre property, marveling at the beautiful koi pond, white gazebos, and waterfall features.
Facilities and Capacity
Meredith Manor can host wedding occasions of all styles suitable for simple to lavish affairs. Many of the attractive elements of this property will delight couples, making beautiful backdrops for photographs. Manicured flower gardens, an open courtyard with outdoor seating, and rustic architectural designs all contribute to produce a pleasing and dreamy aesthetic. Couples can tie the knot in an outdoor ceremony beneath a canopy of oak trees with a white arbor entrance. Afterward, wedding parties can move to the Historic bridal barn while guests are directed to our barn-style ballroom. Vaulted ceilings and exposed wooden beams create a warm and cozy atmosphere, adding to the feeling of romance that permeates the estate.
Services Offered
To ensure a smooth flow to the big day, Meredith Manor offers a comprehensive wedding package with a wide variety of services. The professional staff goes above and beyond to bring the couple's vision to life. Packages include in-house catering, the Wedding cake, bar service and vendor recommendations. The team can assist with planning the wedding, helping couples find their photographers, officiant, and DJ. The venue also provides the following services:

- Choice of linen colors for the tables and napkins
Cuisine
The culinary team at Meredith Manor work exclusively with this venue. Couples may enjoy horsdoevres for cocktail hour and seated-style dining for the reception. Our house baker designs and makes the wedding cake included in the package. Bar service (not including the alcohol) is also provided by the venue, with RAMP certified bartenders to pour and serve cocktails. Couples will receive guidance on the recommended amount of alcohol to purchase per their guest count.

We celebrated our wedding on 4/1/23 and are so happy we chose Meredith Manor. The barn is gorgeous, the grounds and pond are breathtaking and the food was AMAZING! Mimi, Frank and their entire team are experts at creating a beautiful, low stress event that will have your guests raving. We had such an amazing time and absolutely recommend Meredith Manor. Mimi was excellent with getting back to us with any questions or concerns we had very quickly, the taste test was amazing, the list of alcohol/quantity they provided was spot on, the transportation recommendation was so reasonable and the head sets they use made everything seamless. The team was somehow exactly where we needed them to be at all times. We had no suggestions on anything they could have done better. They made our day so easy that we were able to enjoy every minute instead of stressing about the details. They handled everything.
